Substandard Care: This includes inadequate treatment caused by biases, such as:

II. Investigation Process

The medical investigation process begins with interviews with the patient and any witnesses, followed by obtaining and reviewing medical records. We explain these records to the patient, ensuring they fully understand what occurred during their hospital or clinical stay. The process concludes with a comprehensive report and a medical-legal evaluation.


III. Legal Representation

We assist patients in finding appropriate legal representation for pursuing settlements or litigation based on the investigation’s findings.


IV. Patient Advocate Services

Our patient advocacy services ensure that patients receive the appropriate care and support they need by:


Providing clear explanations of medical conditions, medications, procedures, and surgeries


Attending clinical or hospital visits with the patient and interacting with staff to ensure proper care


Offering 24/7 support during emergencies, including being present when 911 is called or when urgent medical situations arise



V. Medical Consulting

We also provide medical consulting services, including:

Fee Schedule


Marshall Health Care operates as a fee-for-service organization, with the following rates:


Medical Investigations:


1. $1,000 upfront retainer fee



2. $120 per hour, billed weekly



3. Percentage-based fees on legal settlements or favorable judgments




Patient Advocate Services:


1. $105 per hour, billed weekly




Sliding Scale Fees: Available for patients requiring financial flexibility
